Mitsubishi L200 Windscreen
This Mitsubishi L200 windscreen in Kingsteignton had been hit on the pillar and edge of the windscreen causing a severe crack in the glass.
It had also had a previous windscreen replacement by another windscreen company and sadly they had hacked the windscreen out with a stanley knife which scratched the aperture and then never bothered to prime the damage which would have prevented the rust. This type of windscreen removal with a stanley knife is of a very poor standard and really should be prohibited as it is unacceptable and causes lots of additional damage to the windscreen aperture. Eventually this rust will lead to holes into the roof of the vehicle and water leaks.
