Van Conversion

Another Custom Conversion

Having already installed a sliding window to the passenger sliding door on this van in Lustleigh a few months ago the customer decided to get the driver’s side done.

A simple van conversion which involves cutting the middle panel out with an air saw and then priming the freshly cut edge to prevent corrosion. We use a jumbo trim on this van which covers the cut panel edge and doesn’t require any panel sealant to be removed or added – we feel it is better to leave the original manufacturer seam sealants intact as this is how the vehicle was built.

Once installed the glass looks perfect outside and the combo internal trim gives a professional finish internally.
