Windscreen Vandalised in Newton Abbot

The Mercedes E class windscreen was vandalised in Newton Abbot overnight outside the owner’s house. The windscreen was severely broken on the passenger side and needed an urgent replacement. As you can see from the picture the windscreen was laminated and this means that even with severe damage the glass remains held together by the plastic interlayer reducing the amount of glass fragments entering the car, we always apply a plastic tape over the damaged area prior to removal to prevent any further glass debris entering the car.
