Toyota Yaris Windscreen Chip
This was an impact in the a-zone which is the most critical area on a windscreen and closely inspected by MOT testers. After setting up our Esprit Windscreen Repair machine and doubling the repair process time we were able to achieve a perfect repair. The chip had several small cracks radiating from the centre, because of this we drilled a small hole to ensure the repair resin flowed in nice without aggravating the break.
As the customer had insurance with ERS we were able to invoice the insurance company direct saving the customer time and money.
