Remove and Refit Rear Window

This remove and refit rear window was carried out in Newton Abbot for a local garage.

After the customer damaged the Daihatsu Sirion, it was decided to replace the rear tailgate. This required the rear windscreen to be removed from the old tailgate and installed on the new one. Removing and refitting toughened windows is normally fairly straightforward. The toughened glass is far more robust than a laminated windscreen and the chances of a toughened glass shattering is remote.
