Our latest insurance job was a Fiat Panda replacement windscreen in Teignmouth, our customer had windscreen cover with 1st Central insurance so we were able to invoice them direct. The customer just paid the £80 windscreen excess and we then invoice the insurance company electronically saving time and money.
