This BMW 218 windscreen replacement was carried out for the local BMW dealership in Torbay. This windscreen had a stone chip which had cracked.

Using the latest windscreen removal machine with a nylon cord, we can remove these windscreens easily with no damage to the aperture or surrounding bodywork, this ensures that your replacement windscreen is fitted perfectly. We also bond all our screens with Sika urethane and always check the interior to make sure we are happy with the contact between the urethane and windscreen – even though we always use a lil buddy lifting machine to correctly fit the glass which minimises the risk of a leaky windscreen. This windscreen had a rain sensor and camera, the rain sensor was checked for the correct operation before and after installation, the BMW dealership then check the camera and recalibrate as necessary.
