BMW Windscreen Height Tool for Wind Noise
This BMW 1 Series replacement windscreen was carried out for the local BMW dealership in Paignton.
Some of the BMW models fitted with windscreen trims can suffer from wind noise if the windscreen is installed too high or too low. This BMW height tool shown in the picture below enables us to check the height of the windscreen before and after installation to ensure the glass is fitted to the correct height, ensuring the car doesn’t suffer from wind noise.
If you have a BMW with excessive wind noise it is best to either visit your local BMW dealership or a reputable windscreen company and have the height of the windscreen checked.
