This was an urgent replacement windscreen the customer needed completing before a long journey this weekend. When they rang their insurance company’s approved windscreen replacement company the earliest appointment was next Tuesday! 6 days waiting for a replacement glass!

Luckily we have a Direct Billing facility with Hastings Direct and were able to offer a next day appointment to replace the Kia windscreen, by 11:00 the customer’s windscreen was replaced and safe to drive.
